ABOUT THE ROLE...

• Analysing business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Creating detailed process maps and workflow documentation
• Developing data models and performing statistical analysis
• Building dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other systems
• Testing system changes and validating data accuracy
• Supporting our Salesforce reporting capabilities and overall business objectives

ABOUT YOU…

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis (strong data analysis background) or similar role.
• Salesforce experience is ideal (also open to candidates with other system experience).
• Candidate must be proactive, investigative, and system-oriented.
• Supports system changes and process improvements.
• Build formulas, calculations, and reports.
• Automate reporting and analysis.
• Investigate data and system issues to provide solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team.
